Available in 1883 this was a larger version of No. 2/B2. It was designed for both domestic use as well as for tailoring and was available with step or wheel feed, although by 1897 it was only available with the step feed.

The manual for the B2/B4 was common to both machines and when it was revamped around 1902 it was simply entitled "Rotary Shuttle Machine" and the machines are referred to as the No. 4 and No. 2.
It does not appear in the Price List for March 1905.
